Easy Summer Salat

Welcome everyone....
This week is dedicated to all fresh salads that can be made as a main or side dish...full of plenty fresh vegetables and healthy proteins. Fresh greens, sliced tomatoes,red onion, grilled zucchini and eggplant...some of the ingredients that are always on my table. You can add some salt, oregano, olive oil and lemon juice for extra flavor...how about a splash of proteins, maybe some quinoa, hummus or goat cheese, love this combination.
I have just came back from my summer vocation on the Bulgarian coast where my body felt one wonderful time so that I could spent hours of reading books while the sun rays were dancing on my skin. My existence is swimming far away from the coast to feel the the real nature gracefully touching my warm and independent body, that makes me love these beautiful moments when I can hold my heart in my palms so that I can feel its beets expressing the satisfaction of my eyes. ''Traveling'' being seen through my personal view is the most rousing and fulfilling experience so that you can write down all the beauty that is being drawn on your heart.
One of my greatest dreams is to go on a cruise...because I really really LOVE the sea, its warm green color, saltiness and endearing touch. Being on the deck of a ship is an unique and one of the most romantic experiences that can happen to me and my growing self. Maybe because of the sound of wind that will tangle my wavy hair, maybe because of the variety of nations that will be met, maybe because of the music of the violins dancing with the golden stars....Doesn't it sound so delightful?!
Making yoga in front of the rising sea while the dark sky and the warm azure could be seen intimate touching...a glamorous piece of art!


Fresh Summer Salad
Ingredients: Instructions:
Salad Salad
Greens Combine all the ingredients, add same sea salt, Zucchini olive oil and freshly squised lemon juice.

radishes
fresh green onion
boiled quinoa
Hummus Hummus
400 g chickpeas Blend all the ingredients until it gets smooth.
2 tsp of tahini
2 garlic cloves(on taste)
1 tsp crushed sea salt
6 tbsp olive oil
3 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
paprika
cumin
